PARK INFRASTRUCTURE 
 

CALOPARK's industrial buildings have been developed to the highest construction standards and specifications..

DOMESTIC
WATER SYSTEM
SANITARY DRAINAGE
  • 6'' PVC sewer line (schedule 40) with maintenance manholes distributed throughout and discharges to the waste water treatment plant located at the northwest corner of the property.
  • Waste water treatment plant capacity of 0.006 gal/sec (0.022 lt/sec) equivalent to 502 gal/day (1,900 lt/day).
  • Treated water collected for landscape irrigation.
 
ELECTRICAL
  • Power feed and substation: Power feed from CFE main to ground mounted substation, 150 KVA / 13,200-480/277V 3F, 4H, 60Hz, for common-area services such as pump equipment, exterior lighting and guard and pump houses.
  • Main common-area switchboard: Square D I-Line model KA225M121A, 225 Amp main breaker, 480/277V 3F-4H, 60Hz, 25Ka, controlling common areas services.
  • Exterior lighting: Glare-free, 400 W pole mounted metal halide lighting system, 0.5 FC (5.4 lux) throughout car parking areas and driveways.
 
DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM
  • Park has its own well for exclusive use.
  • 4'' PVC domestic water line (schedule 40) running underground to each building rush transition.
  • Domestic water is extracted from water well next to main pump house throughout a submersible pump to fill the above ground water tank with a capacity of 250,000 gal (946,800 lts).
  • Water well capacity is 0.07 gal/sec (0.25 lt/sec) equivalent to 5,627 gal/day (21,300 lt/day).
  • Water pump system provides constant water pressure, located in main pump house feeding from the above ground water tank.
 
FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM
  • 8'' PVC C-200 main water line running from pump house each building riser transition (to steel pipe), for NFPA requirements.
  • Park pump house is prepared to receive pump system and equipment.
  • Current water tank capacity of 66,254 gal (250,800 lts) to serve domestic water system, expandable to 250,000 gal (946,000 lts).
